VeriSens® C-Mount

Flexible, precise position recognition

VeriSens® C-Mount offers maximum flexibility to achieve the desired inspection window when mounted in cramped spaces.

Any C-Mount lens can be used. A protective cap safeguards the lens against soiling and damage for greater process reliability. The caps are available in different lengths.

With VeriSens® C-Mount, user-defined coordinates of objects can now be output via the Ethernet interface regardless of the object’s position in the image.  Lens distortions can be corrected during the conversion of coordinates. The desired output format of positions and results is quickly and conveniently compiled in a results telegram.

Highly effective tools to control position and completeness and achieve identification (reading and checking characters, barcodes and matrix codes) permit numerous applications – for instance in the machine building, packaging or handling industry, where parts for a pick and place robot must be detected in all angles and positions.

Parameterization is extremely intuitive and is completed in only a few steps. The available Ethernet TCP/IP, RS485 and Digital I/O interfaces allow fast and flexible system integration. Results and live images are visualized via a standard web browser and operators can perform product changes.
