Fast print mark detection
The new contrast sensor FKDK 14 for print mark detection is specifically optimized for high throughput speed. Its short response time only amounts 50 µs. Thus, short throughput times can be realized. At the same time, the contrast sensor is very compact and can be integrated easily into the machine.

All colors and slight contrast
Since the light source is white light, the contrast sensor can reliably detect print marks of all colors, even with slight contrast to the background. The switching status is indicated with an LED, which is clearly visible through the transparent housing base of the contrast scanner.

Ideal solution for packaging machines
The contrast scanner complements the photoelectric sensor Series 14 perfectly. Together with the existing light barriers, light scanners etc., the print mark sensor is ideally suited for applications in packaging machines and provides the economical solution for print mark detection.
