For applications in moist or heavily dusty environment the precision switch is available with protection class IP 67. Its operating temperature ranges from -20 to +75 °C. The field of application s for mechanical limit switches is very broad. Due to the versatile features as well as its compact housing designs (M8 x 0.5), the My-Com is very interesting for machine tool building or manufacturers of automatic assembly and handling machines. The precision switch is also used to gauge various measuring equipment or for calibration and quality control during the production process.

The ingenuity of the product that at the same time guarantees a high number of switching cycles is the simplicity of the construction of the switch. Only three moving parts as well as high-quality materials ensure the repeat accuracy of +/- 0.001 mm and that an activating force of only 30 cN is sufficient to operate a My-Com.
