Distance-measuring ultrasonic sensors provide reliable information about the absolute position of a fixed or moving target object in measuring ranges from a few mm to several meters. They are usually used when transparent objects or liquids are involved or when the measurement is endangered by external influences such as ambient light, dirt or humidity.

Distance-measuring ultrasonic sensors detect motion, positions and filling levels at high resolution in large measuring ranges and also in very small openings. They are available for small and large housings and offer a high level of process safety, even for difficult applications.
