The compact OT500 design with extended range up to 2.6 m and background suppression enables reliable detection of transport boxes and different goods on transport robot systems – even with ultra-black or glossy surfaces regardless of the mounting angle.

Based on time-of-flight measurement, the OT300/OT500 sensors are not affected by reflective, glossy or highly absorbent surfaces, and result in reliable object detection. The sensors reliably detect everything from raw material to high-gloss, multi-color coatings.
