The reliable, precise, and fast measurement of the angle position of moving machine parts in real time is the key to maximum dynamics, control, and safety.
The GIM700DR allows this position measurement with the highest dynamics and precision through unsurpassed signal quality, robustness, high resolution and minimum following error.
In application, this results in increased efficiency, lower wear, and improved ease of use compared to conventional inclination sensors.
Reliable mounting and durable function
For maximum reliability and optimum motion transmission, the GIM700DR is mechanically mounted with robust M6 screws. Only a flat, sufficiently large surface is required. Further interventions in the mechanics are no longer necessary.
Durable and robust M12 connectors for extreme outdoor conditions ensure that signals and data are transmitted reliably and without interference even under high mechanical and chemical stress caused by temperature changes, dirt, shocks, and vibration.
Thanks to plug and socket connections on the sensor, the bus cabling and power supply can be looped through several bus participants.

Configurable frequency filters
Vibrations and shocks on the machine part during inclination and acceleration measurements can lead to errors and falsification of measured values.
Digital frequency filters (low-pass, band-pass) can make a decisive contribution to eliminating the influence of interferences in a targeted manner.
Signal conditioning in the sensor frees the machine control from time-consuming, computationally intensive tasks.
The frequency filters can be configured easily and quickly, precisely for the specific application.

Funcionamento de sensores de inclinação
Os sensor de inclinação medem, sem contato, o ângulo de inclinação de um objeto relativamente à gravitação da terra.
Através da utilização de tecnologia MEMS capacitiva altamente desenvolvida, os sensores de inclinação funcionam de forma extremamente precisa e ao mesmo tempo robusta, mesmo em ambientes inóspitos.
Sensores unidimensionais medem a inclinação de um eixo na faixa de 360°. Sensores bidimensionais medem simultaneamente dois eixos até no máximo ±90°.
Tecnologia MEMS
Os sensores de inclinação e aceleração da Baumer trabalham com elementos sensores baseados em tecnologia capacitiva MEMS (sistema microeletromecânico).
Em comparação com as tecnologias alternativas, os elementos sensores MEMS capacitivos se destacam devido ao tamanho reduzido, à ausência de componentes móveis e à alta eficiência de custo, bem como ao alto nível de confiabilidade sob condições inóspitas.
