Optimal operation thanks to fast temperature detection

Fast temperature measurement to improve control loops for quality assurance and reduced energy consumption. The shorter the response time of the temperature sensor, the faster the trigger of the heating valve. This allows for low safety margins and in parallel for lowering the overall temperature level. Doing so will save energy and cut down impairments of product taste.

Optimum cleaning management

Ultra-accurate pressure measurement at the heat exchanger's inlet and outlet allows for predictive cleaning of the heat exchanger. The more accurate the sensor, the faster it indicates when the pressure of the treated products falls below that of the heating/cooling medium.
