The Bubble Sensor PAD20 convinces in many aspects
The unique PAD20 bubble sensor is capable of detecting even the tiniest bubbles of air and gas in fluids for increased resource efficiency, food safety and overall plant efficiency. Further to the food industry, the sensor can be deployed in industrial applications. For example, it would optimize the energy efficiency of cooling and heating systems and protect pumps from running dry. Winning the Dairy Technology Award 2021 and the International FoodTec Award 2024 by the German Agricultural Society (DLG).

The compact and performant PAC50 conductivity sensor ensures precise and reliable detection in liquid media. Thanks to the ultra-compact design it is ideal for the confined space prevailing in narrow production facilities - in industrial applications in general and particularly in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Its high temperature stability up to 140° Celsius allows for permanent and reliable use even in SIP systems. High-precision measured values and very short response times create the prerequisite for resource-saving operation. These benefits also impressed the readers and users of the trade magazine Computer&Automation and it was voted the Product of the Year 2023 in the sensor category.
