On 12 November 2020 Baumer is part of the national Parents’ Day in Switzerland taking place for the 20th time this year. Girls and boys of the 5th to 7th grade have the opportunity to join their mother or father at work and to get an insight into his or her job environment. 

To Baumer, support and training of young talents is centerpiece in the long-term development of the skilled workers and managers of tomorrow who we consider the basis for our future corporate success. Under aspects of our in-house training system built over more than 30 years, we think the Parents’ Day is an essential component to foster young talents within own ranks.
