Optimal control of the container change during yoghurt production
In the food industry, companies are faced with the balancing act between increased variety and economic production. With the innovative PAD20 analysis sensor (project name PA25) for the detection of air and gas bubbles in the process, the efficiency and sustainability of the production of fruit yoghurt at one of the largest dairies could be significantly increased.

In addition, the pinpoint emptying of the containers prevents the system from running empty and the pump from running dry as a result. In such a case, the system can stand still for up to 15 minutes. During this time

The PAD20 analysis sensor analyses and detects air and gas bubbles in all kinds of viscous liquids. The sensor does not have to be parameterised for the respective medium, but works independently of the medium. This ensures maximum flexibility in productions with different raw materials, where recipe changes are frequent.
