Baumer innovations are well-received, both by users and the professional audience of the trade magazine "messtec drives Automation" (Wiley). The smart level sensor CombiLevel PLP70 has finished first place in the voting for the AutomationsBest Award in the category Best Product. Product manager Julian Budde received the award at SPS 2023 in Nuremberg.

The EAM580RS magnetic encoder in certified safety design simplifies engineering in safety-relevant fields of application. The safety encoder was specially developed for harsh outdoor applications and mobile machines and is immune to shocks and vibrations.

The unique PAD20 bubble sensor for air and gas bubble detection receives another innovation award. After winning the Dairy Technology Award 2021, the analysis sensor now convinced the expert jury granting the International FoodTec Award 2024 of the German Agricultural Society (DLG). What's so special about the PAD20? It is capable of detecting even tiniest gas bubbles in liquids, thus maximizing resource efficiency, food safety and overall equipment effectiveness.
