Our high-performance VeriSens vision sensors are specialists when it comes to image-based identification solutions. With up to 4000 inspections/minute, the models of the ID series recognize and evaluate whether product labels are present, readable, and have the correct contents – efficiently and reliably around the clock. In this way, we help you comply with the constantly increasing requirements of permanent quality assurance, complete product tracing, and correct product identification.

VeriSens code readers reliably read product label barcodes (1D codes such as EAN/GTIN) and matrix codes (2D codes such as DataMatrix) in every alignment position and evaluate their quality according to ISO/IEC 15416 and 15415 or AIM DPM-1-2006.

VeriSens text readers read product labels in plain text (OCR, Optical Character Recognition) without previous font training and verify their correctness and quality (OCV, Optical Character Verification). Thanks to an integrated code reader function, they additionally inspect 1D and 2D codes in the same image.
