Please send a PDF scan of the fully completed SIS as well as the supplier’s declaration (RoHS) and REACH Confirmation to procurement(at)baumer.com. With your email please attach a PDF with all required reference documentation according to “SIS”. Please note that only fully completed applications will be considered.
