Nina successfully completed her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Baumer hhs.

Thanks to her excellent performance, she even cut the 3-year apprenticeship down to two years.

"Right at the beginning of my apprenticeship, I had a very warm welcome at Baumer hhs," says Nina. 
Besides daily business, she quickly implemented new projects independently by herself and became member of teams involved into major projects. As an example, she planned and created a new Baumer hhs YouTube channel. She says she has been experiencing trust right from the start, and she is particularly proud of the YouTube channel. 

Of course, things don’t always go as planned - but her team was always all-ears to support her in stressful situations. When working from home as a result of the COVID situation she maintained digital communication and information exchange with her team and felt well supported at all times. Right from the start, she was considered a responsible team member at eye level. She says this helped her in her personal development and strengthened self-confidence.

Nina was happy being offered an employment at Baumer hhs.
She has been supporting the Baumer hhs sales team in Krefeld since January 2022.
