The Baumer CX.I industrial cameras, with their clever design and practical functional properties as well as their great contribution to the technical progress and digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry, convinced experts, users and media in the automation industry, and were awarded “Innovation of the Year” by MM MaschinenMarkt, and “Product of the Year 2019” by CONTROL ENGINEERING China.

 Delivering the largest choice of digital secondary data of present-day market, the AlphaProx inductive distance sensors convinced the editorial team of the “Elektronik” magazine. Nominated in the category "Measurement and Sensor Technology", the sensors keep their competitive edge against a great number of measurement technology innovations.

Once again, the excellent credit standing and stable economic business development of Baumer has been certified by Bisnode in their D&B Rating certificate.  In the course of the past 12 months, Baumer ranked repeatedly in the lowest risk category. Only 2% of all Swiss companies obtain access to the certification.

The hygienic pressure sensor PP20H was voted third place in the “Products of the year 2019” in the sensor category by the readers of the professional journal Elektronik. The  pressure sensor PP20H with condensate-proof silicon measuring cell in IP69K-rated stainless steel housing meets the requirements of demanding hygienic applications.

The CX.I cameras’ outstanding performance and optimized combination of mechanical and electrical capabilities have convinced the expert jury of the inspect award 2019 as well as the readers of the inspect and messtec drives Automation magazines and for this, they were awarded 1st prize in the vision category.

Baumer received a special award for the sixth time in a row, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG named us a "Preferred Supplier".
