VeriSens URCap is the user-friendly Universal Robots app for easy installation and integration of vision sensors into the program sequence. Two additional commands (nodes) suffice to benefit from the versatile VeriSens image processing potential.

Where others only see grayscales, the patented Baumer FEX image processor for the VeriSens vision sensors calculates object contours at the subpixel level in real time. This means that your image processing functions reliably and quickly at all times, even in unstable ambient light conditions.

Thanks to the fully integrated VeriFlash flash controller, the VeriSens vision sensors of the XC series generate external flash pulses with up to 48 V and 4 A; hence expensive external flash controllers and the entailed programming effort are no longer needed.

The configuration software VeriSens Application Suite is uniform for all vision sensors, includes a configurable web interface, is available in nine languages, and guides even non-experts to a fully configured vision sensor in four clearly understandable steps.
