Trainees with top grades

This year, the Baumer Electric AG in Frauenfeld celebrates the most successful trainee graduation year ever. 7 out of 13 graduates received a commendation for their outstanding performance.

Already in the past, Baumer trainees were awarded for high success every year. However, 7 graduate trainees receiving a commendation is unmatched and another living proof that Baumer strives for highest standards and education levels. As a leading sensor manufacturer, Baumer needs to rely on qualified specialists with profound expertise and hence is well aware of the importance of solid vocational training. Already years ago, to counteract the lack of qualified experts on the job market, Baumer laid the foundations for sustainable corporate education in order to recruit young talents from the own ranks. Ever since, the trainee program has been continuously expanded and improved so that Baumer now is in a position to offer top-level vocational trainings.

Around the globe, presently 100 trainees in the Baumer Group do an apprenticeship in the field of electronic engineering, mechatronics, polytechnics, IT, product engineering and sales.
