As milk is moved around the factory it is important to monitor the amount of product and the conditions.  The PF75H magnetic flow meter with a 0.2% accuracy offers a precise and stable measurement.  The 316L sensor body and connections paired with the PTFE liner mean this meter is designed for the harsh dairy environment both inside and out.  The familiar housing design incorporates our easy to program touch screen and back light display.  It is available in sizes DN3-100.

​​​​​​​As the milk storage is drained, and prior to the CIP cycle, it is important that the tank is completely empty. This is to ensure all milk has been fully utilized before cleaning starts. For point level control Baumer offers the smartest and most reliable sensor available on the market today. The PL20H with adaptive trigger does not react to thick foam or cream sticking to the sensor tip and thereby avoids false triggering. This contributes to time and cost savings with full milk utilization in the process.
