Applications

Distance-measuring, inductive sensors offer many application possibilities. A basic distinction is made between direct distance measurements/position feedback and indirect, specific measurements.


Technologie

Les détecteurs de distance inductifs (AlphaProx) sont basés sur le même principe de mesure que les détecteurs de proximité inductifs. Ils génèrent un champ électromagnétique à haute fréquence à proximité de la surface du détecteur. Si un objet métallique se trouve dans cette zone, le champ se modifiera en fonction de la distance, du matériau et de la taille de l’objet. Cette modification est captée par le détecteur qui la convertit en un signal de sortie proportionnel. Dans le cas de détecteurs AlphaProx standard, cette conversion s’effectue de manière purement analogique. Ils peuvent ainsi atteindre des vitesses de mesure élevées, une excellente précision de reproductibilité, un bruit minime et une haute résolution.
